Tai Chi

I’ve been a student of Tai Chi and Qi Gong for about fifteen years. It has been my privilege to work with wonderful teachers who have given me excellent grounding in the principles of each, and the inspiration to see the principles behind human movement and bodily integrity.

In 2009 I gained an OCN teaching certificate in Tai Chi for Health. It is my aim to use the gentle movements of the Shibashi Form to restore well-being in students who would perhaps not attempt other forms of exercise for health reasons.
